The Panther

Like many creatures, the cat finds itself both predator and prey in the wild. Knowing which you are at any moment can be key to survival. The cat of all creatures has this instinct down to an uncanny, split-second art. Perhaps through their senses cats can somehow see death coming from such a temporal distance that they may simply hop out of the way so as to not inconvenience their regular routine. Is it possible such foresight could be learned by other species?
